ERGC SENIOR LEAGUE

This league is open to men and women members who are 65 years of age and older, providing an additional opportunity for friendly competition. Play each week is optional, and no substitutes are required. This is a great league to establish new friendships during individual and team competition. 

• Cash prizes will be awarded for individual low net scores, foursome competitions and “play of the day.”
• The number of registrants is limited to 60.
• Tee times begin at 1:00pm on Tuesdays with successive tee times. A member will let the pro shop know by Friday evening each week that they are playing the following Tuesday. The pro shop will then randomly assign players to a specific tee time and notify them by email (note: spouses will not be paired except by random assignment).
• There will be a $5 fee for playing each week and the amount of weekly prize monies will depend on the number of participants. 

Each SL member will use their most recent GHIN index and determine their course handicap for the day based on the tees that they will use.

ERGC LADIES LEAGUE

 This league is open to all female members as well as those on the waitlist to become members of the Elk Rapids Golf Club. 

• We play every Wednesday morning  for 10 weeks at 9:00 AM from the end of May through August.
• Pairings are based on flight, so YOU ARE a good enough golfer to participate. 
• Each Wednesday, all participants will play a round of 9 holes and then enjoy lunch in the club room.  Each member serves on a lunch committee one time per season.
• Can’t make it every week? We have subs who can step in on weeks that you are unable to play.
• Unlike other leagues, you do not need a partner. Your GHIN handicap will put you in a flight and pairings are done weekly to pair you with another player in your flight. You will also play with another pair of members to make a foursome. This provides the opportunity to get to know all of the other league members.
• This group of ladies are all about Friendship, Fun, and, of course, Golf. The league includes a Charity Day where support is provided to a local non-profit, a fun day where the game is turned upside down and an end of year Banquet.

ERGC MONDAY NIGHT LADIES LEAGUE

This league is open to all females, members as well as non club members looking to enjoy a Monday evening of golf. This league is new for the 2024 season.

• The format will be 2 person teams
• Play is from June 3rd and running through August 26th (no league July 1st).
• League play will consist of 3 rotating formats over the 12 week season.
• Includes: Golf & Cart, Weekly Skins Game, Weekly On Course Contests, End of Year Banquet, End of Year Prize Monies, Golf League App.

ERGC MIXED GOLF LEAGUE

The Mixed Golf League is a fantastic opportunity for both beginners and experienced golfers to come together and enjoy our beautiful course in a relaxed and friendly environment.  This league provides an excellent opportunity to connect with fellow golfers and create lasting friendships.  Whether you want to challenge yourself or simply want to unwind on the picturesque greens and fairways along beautiful Elk Lake, the Mixed League has something to offer everyone.

• We play on Wednesdays with a shotgun start at 1:00 P. M.
• This league is open to Elk Rapids Golf Club members. 
• You can sign up as a couple, an individual, or a substitute.  
• We welcome all players and all skill levels.

2024 ERGC MEN’S LEAGUE

ERGC members are invited to join the friendly, semi-competitive Men’s (Late) League.  Celebrate your membership at the club with an enjoyable weekly game of golf amongst like-minded hackers.  Maybe, just maybe your game will improve making this league a gratifying personal weekly challenge. 

• League play is on Wednesday evenings. Play starts immediately following the ERCG Mixed League at approx. 4:00pm
• There are no exact starting time and substitutes are not required, so each week is a separate event.  Just show up and pair up! 
• You must tee off before 6:00pm to be eligible for the weekly competition prize money. 
• The cost is $50.00 per player which funds the weekly event winner payouts and the end of season steak dinner.  There are four payouts to be had each week of play and a voluntary “skins” game.
• Each week features a selected hole skill competition, such as a Longest Drive, Longest Putt, or Closest to the Pin hole.  Also, low net scores are rewarded weekly. 
• Four special event nights feature unique formats that will challenge any player with the winners earning prize money and bragging rights.  These events include the Money Ball tournament, the Quota tournament, the Ryder Cup Event, and the Skills Competition/Chaisson Trophy Winner.
• Several post-play cookouts are held throughout the season featuring burgers, fixens, and drinks on the patios.  Also, the annual steak dinner (cost included w/ the league entry fee) is an end of season tradition to celebrate the league member accomplishments and enjoy good company!

ERGC THURSDAY NIGHT MEN’S LEAGUE II

Open to all Men golf club members as well as non-members.

• The format will be 2 person teams
• Play starting on May 23rd and running through September 19th.
• League play will consist of 3 rotating formats over the 16 week season.
• Includes: Golf & Cart (discount for walkers), Weekly Skins Game, Weekly On Course Contests, End of Year Banquet, End of Year Prize Monies, Golf League App.
